Processing time:

Since this is a one person small business, the processing time may take a bit longer than usual.

I try my best to ship out orders between 2-7 days after it's been placed but it really depends on my working hours outside of My Time Gems that i have within the week that your order has been placed.

So before ordering, please take processing and shipping your order, as well as shipment time from the shipping company in consideration. 

If you need your order urgently, you may select that shipping option to ensure that your order will be shipped between 1-2 work days. (Urgent shipping is only available for the Netherlands as of for now)

The shipping costs depend on the country you live in. Shipping will be calculated at the checkout, here you can check how much the shipping costs to you are.

My shipping days are usually wednesday and saturday. If I have any other free days during the week, your order may be shipped out on one of those days.

After your order has been processed and shipped, the shipping time differs for where you live.

Shipping within he Netherlands usually takes between 1-3 work days, but for international orders it may be between 2 days - 2/3 weeks

Import fees might be added onto your package when it arrives in your country. Unfortunately I cannot do anything to prevent them nor am I able to tell how much these fees will be. These fees are calculated based on your countries import laws, you can search these up to get an idea but it still might differ when your package arrives. My Time Gems is not responsible for these fees; the buyer is responsible for any import fees.

I do not accept returns or paybacks unless an item arrived broken. If you have any other good reason as to why you want to return your item(s), please email me on mytimegems@gmail.com and i'll respond to you as soon as possible. I will do my best to ensure that we will find a solution together.

To get an open box, please select ''open box'' at the available shipping methods.

Your items will be kept at my place until you'd like to have your box shipped.

It's important to keep in mind that shipping must still be paid.
