Can a mystery box be personalised?

Yes! When ordering a mystery box you can leave your crystal preferences in the notes section at the checkout. I will do my best to meet your expectations.

If no note is included, I will choose your crystals intuitively.

I forgot to add a note for the mystery box, what now?

If you ordered a mystery box but forgot to write down your crystal preferences at the checkout you can send me an email to mytimegems@gmail.com -- this is only possible if your order has not been processed or shipped out yet.

What is an open box?

An open box means I will keep your order at my place until you'd like to have it shipped. This way you can save shipping costs.

Keeping an open box is possible for an unlimited time, so it's completely up to you when you would like to ship all of your items.

To get an open box, please select ''open box'' at the available shipping methods.

It's important to keep in mind that shipping must still be paid.
